À l’occasion de son trentième anniversaire, le Musée national Picasso-Paris propose, à partir du mois d’octobre 2015, une nouvelle exposition de ses collections intitulée «¡ Picasso ! ». Elle occupera l’ensemble des espaces de l’Hôtel Salé, soit environ 2 500 m² sur 5 niveaux, dans une scénographie renouvelée. Environ 900 œuvres et documents témoigneront de la richesse et de la diversité des collections du musée : peintures, sculptures, dessins, gravures, céramiques, livres illustrés, mais aussi œuvres de la collection personnelle de l’artiste, photographies, archives écrites… Le propos sera articulé autour de la notion de processus créatif pour porter un nouveau regard sur son œuvre et appréhender le génie de Picasso en examinant notamment ses influences, ses modèles, ses ateliers, son environnement intime, amical et social. Le studio LWA a développé l’ensemble des supports de communication de la manifestation.


In celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of its inception, from October 2015, the Musée National Picasso-Paris will be hosting a new exhibition of its collections, entitled "¡ Picasso !"It will occupy all of the rooms of the Hôtel Salé, i.e. approximately 2500 m² over 5 floors, in a renovated scenographyApproximately 900 works and documents will illustrate the richness and diversity of the museum collections:paintings, sculptures, drawings, etchings, ceramics, illustrated books, and also works form the artist's personal collection, photographs, written records, etc. The content will be based around the notion of the creative process to bring a fresh perspective to their work and to learn about the genius of Picasso by examining his influences, his models, his workshops, his personal, friend and social circles.Studio LWA has designed all communication media for the event.
